As Vice President, he is responsible for HdL's day-to-day business operations in Texas, This includes sales, marketing, client support, research, and financial operations undertaken from its Austin-based headquarters and its Houston office. Mr. Fletcher attended the University of Houston and has more than 15 years' experience providing financial management services to Texas local governments.
