With decades of experience in both public service and as principal, Bobby is recognized as an authority on economic drivers and sales tax patterns. He co-hosts the widely attended HdL Companies Quarterly California Consensus Forecast webinar, offering timely insights on statewide impacts. Prior to joining HdL Companies, Bobby served as Finance Director and City Treasurer for the City of Costa Mesa, where he led financial planning and oversight and is a longtime member of the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO).
