He leads the tax and fee administration, software development, and IT teams responsible for the technology and expertise which delivers HdL’s market leading tax local tax administration and compliance solutions. Robert has overseen the development of several generations of local tax software systems in use by over 500 municipalities. He is also credited with introducing HdL’s local tax services. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Azusa Pacific University.
