Elisa Grey serves as Senior Associate for HdL’s ECONSolutions team. A skilled, results-driven Economic Development Manager, Elisa has over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors, focusing on business attraction, retention programs, and project management for commercial development projects. She also has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development/entitlement processing and over 10 years of experience in municipal program oversight. Elisa previously served as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Fontana, where she managed the economic development budget and oversaw all facets of development projects in the City.
