Board Director

Mary Bradley, Board Director at HdL Companies, brings five decades of local government finance leadership, including roles as Finance Director in multiple California cities and contributions to statewide municipal finance organizations.

Mary serves on the Board contributing more than 50 years of public-sector finance experience. She held Finance Director roles in the cities of Pasadena, Sunnyvale, and San Luis Obispo, and later served as Executive Special Assistant to the City Manager in Fremont.  

A leader in professional development, she served on boards for the League of California Cities and the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), where she was honored with the Distinguished Service Award. Mary holds a B.A. from Pomona College and an M.A. from the University of Southern California.
