Ms. Woodstock has been a municipal executive for more than 25 years with experience in accounting, engineering and public works. She served as the Administrative Services Director at the City of Newark where she prepared the biennial budget, oversaw accounting, IT, waste management and recycling. With Professional Engineer Licenses in the states of California and Washington, she worked in Public Works Department for the cities of Newark, Fremont and as a bridge engineer in Spokane, Washington. Susie is also a member of the California Society Municipal of Financial Officers (CSMFO) and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). Ms. Woodstock earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from California State University, Chico and a second bachelor’s degree from Whitworth University in Organizational Management.
