Rob Braulik currently serves as a Principal with HdL Companies. He has over 25 years-experience working for local governments and has served as a City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Deputy Director of Plans and Operations and Program Manager. He is a former Cal-ICMA Board of Directors President. He has been awarded the prestigious John H. Nail award by the League of California Cities, City Manager’s Department. He is a graduate of the ICMA Senior Leadership program, the Senior Executive Institute (SEI) at the University of Virginia, the ICMA Gettysburg Leadership program, the ICMA Williamsburg Leadership program, the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, Senior Executives in State and Local Government program, the Stanford Advanced Project Management program, the Stanford Local Governance Institute and the IDEO Foundations in Design program. He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager and Legacy Leader. He serves on the CA League Revenue and Tax Policy and League Partners committees. He also serves on the ICMA national Government and Policy Committee (GPAC). He has earned an M.B.A., M.A. and B.A. degrees.
