Paula joined the company in 2016 and oversees a team of client service professionals responsible for all phases of client relationship management. Included among the team’s responsibilities are client on-boarding activities, training clients on use of web-based reporting capabilities and interpretation of routine monthly sales tax reports, interfacing with the research team in response to client questions and special requests, keeping clients apprised of noteworthy, client-specific audit and recovery developments, consulting with clients on emerging sales tax issues, and assisting the marketing team with client contract renewal activities. Paula has more than 15 years’ experience working with Texas local government entities, including special purpose districts, cities, and counties. Paula is a graduate of Gettysburg College (PA) and is based out of the Austin office.
