Amy joined HdL Companies in 2019 as a member of the client services team. Her responsibilities include training clients on the use of the web-based client portal and understanding monthly sales tax reports, informing clients of revenue recovery developments, advising clients on general and client-specific sales tax issues, collaborating with the research team in response to client inquiries, and assisting the marketing team with contract administration tasks. Amy has more than 8 years’ experience performing program coordination and contract management duties with local and state government agencies. Amy is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and is based out of the Austin office.
