HdL provides technical support before 8:00 A.M. or after 5:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday and/or Saturday,ﾠwithin one hour of notification.

Please include the following information in your email.ﾠ Ifﾠyou call for phone support, please have the following information ready:

• Software version number, located on the login screenﾠ
• The exact wording of any messages or error messages that appear on your screen
• A description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
